Sierra Blanca holds the most exclusive rental property in Spain
Long regarded as being home to one of the most exclusive and lucrative property markets in Spain, new research has just confirmed that Marbella now holds the Spanish record for the most expensive rental properties in the country.
The study, which was conducted by property portal Idealista.com, identified the luxury villas on Calle Granados as commanding rental prices of on average €26,667 per month, beating all of the other rental hot spots in Spain.
Calle Monestir in Barcelona’s Pedralbes district took second place averaging €21,333 per month, followed by the city’s Avenida Tibidabo (€14,372 per month). Madrid’s most expensive street, El Paseo de Los Lagos in La Finca de Pozuelo, was fourth with homes commanding an average of €13,855 per month. Marbella’s Guadalmina Baja was also mentioned as having properties securing an average €12,600 per month, ranking it sixth overall.
